About Us

Who We Are

SEEDANNA Homes LLC is a Maryland based organization that builds sustainable communities by partnering with other organizations in Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Calvert County, St. Mary’s County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City in combating homelessness by providing affordable housing by way of Affordable Cooperative Living to individuals within the state. SEEDANNA Homes creates high-quality affordable homes for residents of modest means and empowers them with programs and tools to help them reach their fullest potential, at all stages of life.

Our Mission

SEEDANNA Homes is out for changing individual lives and transforming communities through high-quality affordable housing. Our mission and philosophy stems from four key components: Respect, Empathy, Self-Learning and Pride Of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our clients better their lives. Our mission is simply to improve the lives of our clients through affordable, all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.

Vision & Goal

To ensure that everyone in the cities, counties we cover and Maryland at large, regardless of their economic status, have good choices in where they live and opportunities to reach their fullest potential. To influence policymakers and community leaders who can create systemic changes and invest in catalytic community building to make this vision a reality.

Our Process

Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our clients and community.

Application and Screening Process

Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make a decision.
